Transport security has blocked a cleartext HTTP (http://) resource load since it is insecure. Temporary exceptions can be configured via your app's Info.plist file.

Xcode Debugger: view value of variable
I also use
po variableName
print variableName
in Console.
In your case it is possible to execute
print [myData objectAtIndex:indexPath.row]
or
po [myData objectAtIndex:indexPath.row]XCode Debug Shortcuts
This is an easy one indeed. Go to
Xcode>Preferences>Key Bindings and search for 'step'. There you can define your shortcuts for each action.
PS: As @Jenn noted below "Pause/Continue" is missing from this list, which is by default bound to ⌃⌘Y
